Grief is the container that holds all of the emotions felt as a result of a loss such as Loved one pet friendship career home loss of health a miscarriage, seeing someone you love lose health, be in pain, which is hard to see, you grieve their pain even living. Something that is taken away, the pain can feel overwhelming with all kinds of difficult unexpected emotions to come up, from anger, disbelief, profound sadness, shock emotional & physical of someone that would be there when you arrive home and many unexpected emotions and overwhelming at different times to all at once.

Coping with the grief is one of life’s biggest and most intense pain humans come across. Grief comes in many layers and levels that can even disrupt physical/ emotional health from eating, sleep,
getting out of bed, lack of energy, which is all normal at every stage of grief, the closer you may be to someone the significant the grief can be, which all grief is painful 
 

This is difficult to deal with and  there is a feeling of hopelessness and despair however there is light at the end of the tunnel. 
 
Grief is very personal unique to each person no-one will know your depth of pain, only you, it comes in stages, with time it will lift the grief but the loss is for a lifetime, we may find someone new to love but the loss with that special someone is unique to the relationship it was in the journey of life for all connected, you move on but not forgetting the loss, there is no time frame to grieving its different for each person, there is no right or wrong way to grieve.  


 

ABOUT and mission

My first time I thought I was going to lose my mother was the age of 6, and then again when I was doing my final exams in university and getting a call to rush to the ER, watching her lifeless at times become hard and your grieving in that moment in time. Watching my father get ill and in 3 days pass away from seeing him happy and healthy before you grieve them when they where healthy but also also when there gone. The memory of them stays, the pain of them gone is a loss and different stages in life. With time the grief becomes lighter and the memory forever.

 Healing with Grief is dedicated to providing a safe space for individuals navigating the challenging journey of loss and healing. We offer personalized support to help individuals cope with grief, find solace, and embark on a journey of healing and transformation. Our mission is to empower individuals to embrace their grief, discover resilience, and find hope in times of darkness.
